All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes, which will be clearly mentioned where applicable.

Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled or modified before it is processed or shipped.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery time mentioned on the product page.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Any applicable shipping or delivery charges will be clearly displayed during checkout.

4. Return & Exchange Policy

Products are eligible for exchange if the issue is reported within 3 days of delivery, subject to inspection and approval.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection by the customer are not accepted. Size charts are provided on product pages to help customers choose the correct size.

Discounted or promotional items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless stated otherwise.

5. Payment

We accept online payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for selected locations.

All online payments must be completed successfully to confirm an order.

Feriyat reserves the right to restrict or disable Cash on Delivery for certain locations or high-value orders.
